We want you to love your Hello Poolside purchase, and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) when the product is returned in its original condition within 21 days from the date of receipt.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS

Please include a copy of your receipt when returning an item, and please indicate the reason for the return on the receipt.
